Terrell Walls
Terrell Walls, a native of Kansas City, Missouri, obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grambling State University. Upon graduation, he returned to Kansas City and worked in various roles within the community, establishing and cultivating professional relationships along the way. His vast experience in workforce development fueled his desire to continue building relationships and impacting his community.
Through his work, Terrell identified a need for homeownership education within his community and was impassioned to be part of the solution. Walls Real Estate was founded /established over 25 years ago to serve the community better and fill that need. Terrell believes that “homeownership is the surest path to create generational wealth.” His ultimate vision is to ensure that homeownership is a reality for all, especially those who have been historically underserved and traditionally left out of the home-buying equation.
As an ongoing contribution to his community, he facilitates free home-buying seminars entitled, “It’s Time” – providing attendees comprehensive information regarding the home-buying process and valuable knowledge on how to acquire wealth through homeownership. While you can often find Terrell riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, his primary focus has been, and always will be, making an impact within his community, “One Property at a Time.”
Terrell currently serves as the Regional XI VP President for NAREB, serving Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas; the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) Sargent of Arms; and was recently appointed to the Missouri REALTORS® Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
